About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ScaffFloat. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and contacts
  • Collaborate with the design and commercial teams to create and issue quotes and proposals
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including trade shows, content creation, and social media engagement

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the commercial marine industry
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and its key markets, including marine civils, diving, and geotechnical
  • Basic floaty technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
