Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ScaffFloat. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with the design and commercial teams to create and issue quotes and proposals
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including trade shows, social media, and content creation
- Develop and sell our new overseas franchise package
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong knowledge of the commercial marine industry and basic floaty technical knowledge
- Good understanding of our key markets (marine civils, diving, geotechnical etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
