We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ScaffFloat. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate with the design and commercial teams to create and issue quotes and proposals
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote ScaffFloat's products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including international expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the commercial marine industry
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial marine industry and basic floaty technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of key markets, including marine civils, diving, and geotechnical
