Job Title: Security and Transport Lighting Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Security and Transport Lighting Specialist to join our team at Raytec Ltd. as a Product Management Expert.

Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for all aspects of Product Management for our Security and Transport LED lighting products.
  2. Define the product roadmap and vision, ensuring sustainable long-term technical and operational advantages.
  3. Manage technical requirements of new products and product upgrades, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  4. Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and product lifecycle management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise sales revenues, market share, and profit margins from the Security and Transport lighting products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Management or a related field.
  • Experience with LED lighting is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies clearly at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to challenges.
  • A clean driving license and willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required.
