Clark Contracts Ltd is a leading main contractor with a strong presence in the East and West of Scotland. As a Trainee Maintenance Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Maintenance Division, working closely with our Contracts Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Logging and coordinating maintenance jobs
  • Arranging surveys for insurance and planned works
  • Cost control and analysis
  • Producing and submitting reports to customers and internal contacts
  • Responding to customer inquiries and updating portal information
  • Sourcing and purchasing materials for maintenance and repairs
  • Processing weekly paperwork from directly employed operatives
  • Liaising with subcontractors on planned works

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
