We are a privately owned main contractor with multiple divisions, including construction, fit out, small works, retail, housing, maintenance, and manufactured joinery.
With over 220 employees across Scotland, Clark Contracts is growing and needs a skilled HR Generalist - Recruitment to support our expansion plans.
This role involves recruiting and hiring staff, managing job postings, and coordinating interviews, as well as providing administrative support to the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and talent management
- Job posting and advertisement management
- Interview coordination and scheduling
- HR administration and support
Compensation package: circa £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
