Maintenance Support Coordinator

Clark Contracts Limited is a leading main contractor with multiple operating divisions. As a Trainee Maintenance Administrator, you will join the Maintenance Division and work closely with Contracts Managers to complete a relevant Modern Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
- Log jobs and arrange surveys for insurance and planned works.
- Coordinate cost control and analysis, as well as produce and submit reports to customers and internal contacts.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and update portals.
- SOURCE and purchase materials for insurance and planned works.
- Process weekly paperwork from directly employed operatives.
- Liaise with subcontractors on planned works.
- Contribute to general administration within the department.
Candidate Requirements
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and strong IT abilities.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task effectively.
- Be adaptable and capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
