**Job Summary**
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Planner to join their team. As a Helpdesk Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritising the workload of engineers, ensuring that schedules and rotas are in place and communicated effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organise and prioritise engineer's workload to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance staff to schedule and action PPMs and other tasks.
- Monitor and analyse day-to-day performance of the engineering team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Coordinate the procurement and scheduling of spares and parts, ensuring timely delivery and minimising downtime.
- Provide regular updates to Services Managers on performance and any issues affecting delivery.
- Develop and maintain key interdepartmental relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Understand and operate the customer's Maintenance Management System to track and report on performance.
**Benefits Package**
- Salary up to £25,000 per annum.
