Job Description
  • Safety: Ensure all projects are completed safely and in accordance with health and safety protocols.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate site-based teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • SMSTS qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office packages.
  • Strong Health and Safety Awareness.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Experience in Refurbishment and New Build projects.
  • IT Literacy and Contract Administration skills.
