Customer Growth Specialist Needed

We are seeking an experienced Customer Growth Specialist to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will manage and grow an existing customer base, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will identify opportunities for business expansion, acquire new clients, and develop key relationships with decision-makers. Our team provides excellent support, enabling you to succeed in this role. Key responsibilities include increasing monthly trading customers, promoting us as the top choice for communications hardware and IT peripherals, and delivering our product portfolio effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Account manager experience.
  • Sales experience in a B2B technology sales environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a complete sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, bonus, hybrid working, full training and development, 23 days + Bank Holidays, pension, medical cash plan, life insurance, discounted gym membership, career development, staff events/incentives, and more are offered.
