This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge CRM platform that is changing the way businesses interact with their customers. As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals through effective use of our CRM.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and goals, and provide expert guidance on how to achieve them using our CRM.
  • Develop and implement programs to support customer onboarding, adoption, and retention, including training, support, and consulting services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer growth strategies.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance our CRM offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer success, and apply that knowledge to continuously improve our products and services.

A competitive salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, equity in an early-stage tech company, remote working and flexibility, Apple hardware and a budget for desk amenities, regular team events in London, and team off-site in fun places, are all part of the package.
