Job Overview

Your Chapter Ltd is a specialist residential care and education provider supporting vulnerable children and young people. We seek an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Poulton le Fylde.

About the Role

This full-time permanent position involves working with traumatised children, providing emotional support and guidance. The role requires a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to children in our residential care homes
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and behaviour
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in residential childcare
  • A driving licence (desirable)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
