Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Support Worker to join our team as an ADHD Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work in a primary school setting, providing individualized support to students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement support plans for students with ADHD.
- Maintain regular communication with teachers and parents/guardians to ensure consistent support at home and school.
- Contribute to staff meetings and discussions regarding the student's progress and support needs.
Essential Qualities
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of ADHD and its effects on students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
