About Medsolve

Medsolve is a leading provider of care and support services for children and young people. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our children's homes in Coalville.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people.
  • Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe, clean, and tidy living environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of high-quality residential care, adhering to Ofsted standards and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a children's home setting, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of young people.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shift patterns, including sleep-ins, with a rota provided in advance.
  • Full UK driving licence, with a preference for those with experience driving children and young people.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
