About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing invaluable support to children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity for a positive, caring, and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be leading by example, working closely with other support workers to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be required to plan rotas, attend meetings and appointments, and work on a rota basis (average hours per month full-time) plus sleep-ins depending on the size of the home. You will also be expected to meet the needs of our children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations.
