The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Residential Children's Care (Level 3 or 4)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
