Job Title: Registered Manager - 3-Bed Children's Service

Location: Coalville

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Bonus: Performance-related bonus of up to £4,800 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with out-of-hours on-call responsibilities)

Kingston Noble is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's residential service in Coalville, providing care for children and young people with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standard of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  2. Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  3. Develop care plans, risk assessments, and ensure the well-being of the young people in your care.
Requirements:
  1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People's Services) is essential.
  2. Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.
  3. In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations and requirements.
  4. Full UK driving licence is required.
