Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school, with a relevant qualification in education (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification). They must have or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the Update Service and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. As a proactive and patient individual with a passion for supporting children's development, you will help provide 1:1 support to a child within a mainstream primary classroom, assist with lesson delivery and differentiation, and encourage positive behaviour.
