Educational Support Assistant

As a Teaching and SEND Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to work one-to-one and in small groups with vulnerable children under the direction of the school leaders and class teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with SEND, particularly those with Adverse Childhood Experiences
- Assisting teaching staff in lesson planning and delivery
- Leading small group activities and one-to-one sessions
