About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Affinity Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting 8 people in Coalville, promoting their independence and well-being. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding, as you will be working closely with individuals to identify and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt your support to fit what each person needs and wants daily.
  • Encourage people to make their own choices, big and small.
  • Help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible.
  • Support people to build confidence and life skills.
  • Support people to be a part of their community, joining local clubs and connecting with friends and family.
  • Be understanding, allowing people to take their time and do things at their own pace.
  • Celebrate people's achievements, no matter how small they might seem to others.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is £11.90 per hour. As a Care Professional with Affinity Trust, you will receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support your personal and professional development.
