Process Engineer

Job Summary
This role is focused on ensuring the efficient operation of Bimetal Bonding and Inspection processes. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for process monitoring and delivering technical support to meet production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and measure processes to identify trends and best practices.
- Ensure production follows existing process controls.
- Manage small to medium-scale projects, including process development and equipment upgrades.
- Verify and validate process changes.
- Own Standard Operating Procedures and Production Control Plans.
- Prepare technical specifications.
Requirements
- Be a Mechanical graduate (desired).
- Have experience in Cold Roll Bonding (desired).
- Have 2 years of Process Engineer experience (desired).
- Be proficient in Autodesk Inventor/Solidworks 3D CAD software or equivalent.
- Have a broad knowledge of strip material processing methods, including rolling, annealing, and machining.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Be a good team player, supporting the Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams.
- Be flexible and approachable.
