Business Development Manager - Engineering Components

The Client:

A global manufacturer with huge presence in the UK and a market leading range of products and services.They have significant engineering capability and lead the field in terms of product development and innovation.They retain staff extremely well due to the culture and environment they create and because of the progression and incentives on offer to all staff.

The Role:

This is a sales development role where you will initially be given responsibility for some existing accounts from an OEM and Aftermarket perspective.In terms of new business, you will engage at Senior Engineering/Director level to understand your clients business, their plans, their drivers etc before providing a suite of solutions that solve problems and provide a significant ROI. Vertical markets include Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Automotive, Pharma, Retail and Defence.

You will be backed-up with sales and marketing support, commensurate with the size and scale of this global market-leading business.You will be impressed by the overall career opportunity on offer.

The Person:

Its likely that you are a proven Business Development person with experience of selling value-based products to Industrial markets.

The Rewards:

A basic salary up to £40,000 is on offer with uncapped commission.Full benefits package including Company Car.
