Group Maintenance Manager/Engineering Manager Manufacturing The Client: A global market-leading manufacturer with their head office in Scotland which houses around 1000 local employees.They have over 100 years of manufacturing pedigree with a commitment to R&D, net zero emissions, innovation and staff development.This is a senior management role with an impressively branded firm which has been voted a great place to work.
The Role: Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Group Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of all operating assets and facilities, across all locations.You will have several Maintenance Supervisors reporting to you with an overall team size of around 40 mechanical and electrical and control engineers.
This is a strategic role where you will have the freedom to design and implement new processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the maintenance department from maximising the operational availability of the manufacturing equipment to shift patterns and PPM schedules.
The Person: This role will suit a senior maintenance/engineering professional with strong leadership skills and experience of influencing the effectiveness of a manufacturing maintenance department.
The Rewards: A basic salary of £70 80,000 is on offer with a full benefits package.
