Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and machine accessories
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating CNC turning machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and other equipment related to CNC turning
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Familiarity with programming logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Knowledge of tooling selection and setup for different materials
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Experience in warehouse operations, assembly, or fabrication is beneficial

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

**Salary**: £18.00-£24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
