Mental Health Disability Assessment Specialist

We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Hampshire and Isle of Wight All Age Continuing Care Mental Health and ABI Team. As a Senior Clinical Assessor/Mental Health and ABI, you will be responsible for working alongside the clinical lead to screen, approve, review, and case manage clients through to discharge.
You will work closely with specialist providers, clients, and families to ensure quality outcomes, managing expectations, and preventing delays in the transfer of care along the pathway.
A successful candidate will have a good understanding of the health and social care environment, roles and responsibilities within it, and effective working knowledge of Microsoft software.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £43,143 per annum, plus a range of benefits including occupational health services, staff counselling services, and flexible retirement options.
