Mental Health Support Professional

We are recruiting an Advanced Care Specialist to work with an individual with complex learning difficulties and mental health support needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
As a skilled specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support, working collaboratively with our client and their family. You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, using Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton, and the Picture Exchange System to promote positive outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes ongoing training and development opportunities, a shopping discount scheme, and a free blue light card.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will need to be able to connect with our client and their family, understanding their needs and preferences.
