Job Overview

Partnering Health Ltd is seeking a skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our Adult ADHD service. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the ADHD Clinical Manager from an operational and clinical perspective.

The successful candidate will manage and lead the ADHD clinical team, prioritizing patient care throughout all activities. They will oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal of the clinical team, ensuring seamless communication across the service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a Deputy for the ADHD Clinical Manager, providing clinical operational support.
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and induction processes for the clinical team.
  • Mentor new clinicians, offering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Stay current with clinical developments and ensure continuous professional development (CPD) within the team.
  • Attend and contribute to Service Management Team meetings, supporting the overall delivery and success of the ADHD Service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent management and leadership skills, with experience in mental health settings or similar environments. They should possess sound knowledge of clinical governance and NICE guidance on quality standards for ADHD. A current professional registration as an experienced Nurse (RMN/RN/RNLD) is essential.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
