We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Mental Health Specialist to join our Consultant Psychiatry team. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to support us on our improvement and transformation journey.

The role involves providing expert forensic psychiatric advice and guidance to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The successful candidate will have a strong background in forensic psychiatry and excellent communication skills.

This position offers a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including support with housing costs and relocation assistance of up to £8K, pension alternative contribution policy, and opportunities for career development and advancement.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized qualification in forensic psychiatry, such as MRCPsych or equivalent, and be eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register as a Forensic Psychiatrist. They will also hold Approved Clinician status at the point of taking up post.
