Mental Health Practitioner for Women's Services

We are looking for a skilled mental health practitioner to join our team as a Community Mental Health Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with women who require specialist community services for the assessment and treatment of severe mental health problems during pregnancy and up to 2 years postnatal.

Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive assessments and manage complex caseloads
