Customer Journey Manager

About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Customer Journey Manager - Logistics to join our customer success team at Peripass. As a key member of our logistics transformation initiative, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute customer journey maps, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement customer onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of our Yard Management Software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive support and guidance to maximize their return on investment.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
