Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Meet and visit clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client success and maximize retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Support other team members to build excellent relations with their counterparts on the client side.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continually improve our offerings and enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, serving as an advocate for the client within the organization.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including client retention rates, satisfaction scores, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
- Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
- Understanding and application of principles of effective project management.
- Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decisions.
- Understanding of the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
- Experience in business and account development in B2B is essential.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
