Role Responsibilities

Are you a sales enthusiast with a knack for spotting opportunities that others may miss? We are seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance our revenue growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving additional sales by utilizing existing client relationships and broadening our product and service offerings.

  • Client Portfolio Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of our current client base to understand their needs, preferences, and usage patterns. Your objective is to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Tailored Solutions: Develop customized recommendations and solutions that cater to each client's specific requirements. Demonstrate how our additional products or services can enrich their experience and provide value to their operations.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the advantages and features of cross-sell and upsell options. You will guide clients through the decision-making process, making it straightforward for them to agree.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust-based relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor. Clients should rely on you for insights and solutions, confident that you prioritize their best interests.
  • Revenue Growth: Your main objective is to drive additional revenue for the organization. Meet or exceed monthly cross-sell and upsell targets while contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about our product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. This knowledge will empower you to uncover new opportunities.
