Acts as the main liaison for designated clients, comprehending their specific needs and expectations. Engages with customers through regular meetings and visits. Formulates and executes strategic account plans aimed at enhancing client success and maximizing retention rates. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Monitors client satisfaction levels and collects feedback to continuously refine our offerings and elevate the customer experience. Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators, including client retention metrics, satisfaction ratings, and revenue growth.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational experience. 2 to 8 years of pertinent experience in the industry. Strong proficiency in the English language. In-depth understanding of processes, technologies, products, or other relevant areas of expertise. Effective application of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual techniques. Knowledge of effective project management principles. Ability to leverage technical data for sound analysis to drive significant results and support management decisions. Awareness of the impact of legislation and regulations pertinent to the business. Experience in Business and Account Development within a B2B context is essential. Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
