About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique business needs and requirements.
  • Meets and visits the customer regularly to discuss their business goals and objectives.
  • Develops and implements strategic account plans to drive client success and maximize retention.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Supports other team members to build excellent business relations with their counterparts on the customer side.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
  • Monitors client satisfaction and gathers feedback to continually improve our offerings and enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolves client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, serving as an advocate for the client within the organization.
  • Tracks and reports on key performance metrics, including client retention rates, satisfaction scores, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Proficient understanding and knowledge in business processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
  • Understanding and applying principles of effective project management.
  • Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decisions.
  • Understanding of the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
  • Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
