ROLE OVERVIEW
The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with our clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our offerings.Acts as the main liaison for designated clients, grasping their distinct needs and expectations. Regularly engages with customers through meetings and visits. Formulates and executes strategic account plans aimed at enhancing client success and optimizing retention. Works in tandem with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client objectives. Assists colleagues in establishing strong connections with their counterparts on the client side. Identifies potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients. Monitors client satisfaction levels and collects feedback to continuously refine our offerings and elevate the customer experience. Addresses client concerns and issues promptly and professionally, advocating for the client within the organization. Tracks and reports on essential performance indicators, including client retention rates, satisfaction metrics, and revenue growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 to 8 years of pertinent experience in the industry. Strong proficiency in the English language. In-depth understanding of processes, technologies, products, or other relevant areas of expertise. Effective application of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual techniques. Knowledge of project management principles and their effective application. Ability to leverage technical data for sound analysis to drive significant results and support management decisions. Awareness of the impact of relevant legislation and regulations on the business. Experience in Business and Account Development within a B2B context is essential.
