Key Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our UK Client Service Team, part of our broader Operations division. The Client Service Executive (CSE) plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through effective process management, meticulous planning, and proactive communication.

This position is cross-functional, collaborating closely with various internal teams while serving as the primary contact for our designated client base. The CSE will be instrumental in delivering precise client data punctually and to the high standards set by Circana. To achieve this, the CSE will focus on continuous enhancement and exemplary service throughout the data production and delivery process.

The Client Service Executive role is an excellent entry-level opportunity that provides extensive exposure to numerous facets of the client delivery process. With a commitment to at least one year in this role, it serves as a solid foundation for a successful and diverse career within Circana. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of Circana's services and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering outstanding client service to uphold high satisfaction levels.
  • Updating and providing databases and reports to clients within established timelines, requiring coordination with broader Circana teams.
  • Conducting quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of client deliverables.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through regular communication via email and scheduled meetings, serving as their primary contact for inquiries.
  • Expanding product and industry knowledge to support colleagues and deliver optimal client service.
  • Networking and collaborating with other Circana teams to foster strong client-focused relationships.
  • Contributing to internal client solution review meetings.
