HSE Policy Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HSE Policy Specialist to join our team at HRC Recruitment. As an HSE Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update HSE policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, and implement corrective and preventative measures.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE best practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Work closely with management, employees, and external agencies to promote HSE initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on HSE performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 14001).
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 per year.
