Role Overview
RSM UK is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our team. This is a highly networked role that requires strong project management and commercial skills, with a focus on delivering premium bids and presentations. The successful candidate will have experience in bid best practice and project managing bids, ideally in a professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the bid process, including managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring bid procedures are adhered to, and guiding stakeholders through the bid route map. They will also have experience of creating bids in various mediums, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to take ownership of several bids and drive best practice to maximise bid success. The role will require attending scoping meetings for large bids, managing inputs from various stakeholders, and developing innovative client propositions. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
