We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team in the Community Investigation Hub at Chard Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support, working closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in phlebotomy, ECG/ECG holter tests, weight, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and more.
You will be employed by CLICK PCN and will be responsible for providing patient care and support in the community, working as part of a wider health and social care team. You will have direct contact with patients, relatives, carers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear lines of communication and collaborative working.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the principles and philosophy of health and social care, as well as a strong foundation in research and development in the health and social care sector. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage their own workload and case load effectively.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
