The NHS is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Healthcare Practitioner. In this position, you will work closely with patients, relatives, carers, and community teams to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be responsible for conducting clinical interventions, including ECG tests, FeNO testing, and height and weight monitoring. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development within a dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Conducting clinical interventions, including ECG tests and FeNO testing
  • Working closely with patients, relatives, carers, and community teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Developing additional skills and knowledge based on service area

Requirements:

  • Level 2 English and Maths qualification (GCSE grade C or above)
  • Accredited Level 3 vocational qualification in healthcare
  • Relevant knowledge of physiology, psychology, organisation, and function of the human body
