Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Specialist Practitioner to join our award-winning service in Somerset. This role will involve working with children aged 0-5 years and their families to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver the Healthy Child Programme
  • Assess and address the health needs of children and families, including community health needs
  • Provide leadership and supervision to team members, prioritizing safeguarding, clinical, and restorative supervision
Requirements
  • Registered Health Visitor or equivalent qualification
  • Leadership programme experience or willingness to undertake one
  • Nurse Prescriber V100 Qualification or equivalent
