Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Team for Older People in South Somerset.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and evidence-based interventions to a caseload of individuals with mental health difficulties.
- Work closely with families, carers, and significant others to develop comprehensive care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults, including those with complex needs.
