Nurse Care Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in a leading care home in the UK.
This care home prides itself on providing the highest standard of residential, nursing, and dementia care in a warm and welcoming environment.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key duties will include:
- Working closely with residents, their families, friends, and other carers to provide the highest standards of professional, person-centred care.
- Promoting a caring, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident.
- Developing high-quality, tailored care plans that encourage choice, independence, and dignity.
- Ensuring the safe handling, administration, and recording of all medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home and supervising a loyal and compassionate team in the absence of the Home Manager/Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.
- Ensuring the provision of personal nursing care is consistently delivered to all residents.
The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:
- Experience in individual care planning and using assessment tools.
- A sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty and the implementation of this.
- Previous experience of assessing client needs.
- Proven ability in audit management.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £20.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £45,760 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working patterns, comprehensive training, and continued professional development.
