**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Lucklaw Supported Living in Chapelford. As a member of our close-knit team, you will provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence, confidence, and positive relationships.
**About Lucklaw:**
Lucklaw is a warm and welcoming Supported Living home designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals with learning and physical disabilities. Our specially adapted bungalow provides a personal experience of support and adult life, living in a small group setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide person-centred support to residents, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Foster independence and confidence through effective communication and skills development.
- Nurture positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
