Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role involves providing support to finance functions covering diverse finance and commercial responsibilities.

  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes, including journal postings
  • Assisting with creating and issuing finance reports
  • Running and reconciling WIP
  • Managing processes and reporting job closures, including internal cost allocation
  • Distributing daily invoicing and finance reports
  • Data analysis
  • Ensuring integrity of job data within Business Central ERP system
  • Processing internal weekly costs from timesheets to job cards

Ideal Candidate

  • Numerically skilled with good commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • A switched-on team player with diligent working practices
  • Able to work towards deadlines with attention to detail
  • A quick learner with excellent numeracy and literacy skills

Additional Information:

  • Must be highly computer literate with Microsoft Office and able to manage large data sets
  • This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday at our Lingley Mere Office (with flexible working options)

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
