- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
- Provide person-centred support, focusing on individual needs and goals.
- Foster independence and confidence through effective communication and skills development.
