Project Delivery Specialist

Job Description:
- Salary: £43,500 - £52,000 per annum
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a specific section of the works, ensuring that all construction and related activities are completed on time and within budget. This role involves working closely with the site-wide logistics team, programming, and planning, monitoring and close out of authorities' obligations and conditions, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update internal trackers and schedules to ensure accurate project timelines
- Input site data into internal and client systems to facilitate seamless communication
- Complete Risk Assessments and Method statements for site-specific information to mitigate potential hazards
- Prepare handover packs (HOPs) and upload as directed within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Ensure compliance with Company Procedures and Quality Manual at all times
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify and address any financial impacts
- Liaise effectively with staff and operatives to promote a positive and respectful work environment
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of materials and FIK lists

Additional Information:
- Must be highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office, and confident in managing large datasets
- This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Lingley Mere Business Park Offices
