Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Brownlee Cale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical installation teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including NEC3 and NEC4 construction contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications, including ONC/HNC/Degree in electrical, measurement or control engineering or related discipline.
