Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, from planning and coordination to delivery and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate traffic management requirements to minimize disruptions and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Liaise with local authorities and highway authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Review and assess potential risks in planned works to identify and mitigate any delays or issues.
  • Update internal trackers and schedules to ensure accurate project progress and timelines.
  • Respond to permit modification queries and create daily whereabouts to ensure effective communication.
  • Attend calls and meetings as required, using Teams or face-to-face communication.
  • Input site data into internal and client systems, and download information from client systems as needed.
  • Prepare and issue method statements, risk assessments, Health Safety Packs, and Quality Plans.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for approval and invoicing, and file creation and maintenance.
  • Report on and instigate continuous improvement using KPIs, and liaise with staff, operatives, and customers effectively.
  • Work closely with Streetworks Coordinators to ensure timely and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive outlook.
  • Able to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships.
  • Experience in civils coordination, planning, and project management.
  • Good level of IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience in LA/HA TM applications and CAD submissions.
  • NRSWA awareness and understanding.
