About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate traffic management requirements to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Liaise with local authorities and highway authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
  • Review and assess potential risks to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies
  • Update internal trackers and schedules to ensure project progress is accurately reflected
  • Respond to permit modification queries and create daily whereabouts reports
  • Attend calls and meetings as required and input site data into internal and client systems
  • Prepare and issue method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety packs
  • Raise purchase orders for approval and invoicing
  • File creation and maintenance, both electronic and hard copy
  • Report on and instigate continuous improvement using KPIs
  • Liaise with staff, operatives, and customers effectively and with respect

Requirements

  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and positive outlook
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships
  • Experience in civils coordination and planning within the telecoms industry
  • Good level of IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft packages
  • NRSWA awareness and understanding
